1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Khaled Alabssi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Khaled Alabssi provides web design, development, and related services including:

• Custom website design and development
• AI chatbot integration
• Digital marketing services
• Website maintenance and support
• E-commerce solutions

3. Delivery and Timeline

We commit to delivering your website within 7 days for Quick Launch and Professional packages, and 10-14 days for Enterprise packages. If we fail to deliver within the promised timeframe without your approval for delay, you are entitled to a full refund under our money-back guarantee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion
• Payment plans available for Professional and Enterprise packages
• All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of project delivery. No questions asked. This guarantee is void if you have violated these terms.

6. Revisions and Changes

Revision rounds are included based on your package:

• Quick Launch: 2 revision rounds
• Professional: 3 revision rounds
• Enterprise: Unlimited revisions

Additional revisions beyond your package limit may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new quote.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide necessary content, materials, and access in a timely manner
• Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure all provided content is legal and does not infringe on third-party rights
• Maintain backup copies of your website data

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and content. Khaled Alabssi retains the right to use the project in portfolio and marketing materials. I retain rights to proprietary code, frameworks, and methodologies.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

Free hosting is included for the duration specified in your package. After the free period, hosting continues at our standard rates unless you choose to transfer your website to another provider. We will assist with transfers upon request.

10. Limitation of Liability

Khaled Alabssi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will make reasonable efforts to fix any bugs or issues that arise.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
