1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Khaled Alabssi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all package offerings: Landing Pages, Business Websites, and Smart Websites.
2. Services & Delivery
Khaled Alabssi provides professional web design and development services with guaranteed delivery times:
- Website design and development (Landing Pages, Business Websites, Smart Websites)
- AI chatbot integration (included free with all packages)
- Digital marketing services and SEO optimization
- Website maintenance, support, and hosting services
- E-commerce integrations and custom functionality
Delivery guarantee: 7 days for Quick Launch and Professional packages, 10-14 days for Enterprise packages. If we fail to deliver on time without your approval for delay, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Transparent pricing with no hidden fees:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Remaining 50% due upon project completion
- Payment plans available for Professional and Enterprise packages
- All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may incur additional fees
30-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of project delivery. No questions asked. See Refund Policy for details.
4. Revisions & Client Responsibilities
Revision rounds included based on your package:
- Quick Launch: 2 revision rounds
- Professional: 3 revision rounds
- Enterprise: Unlimited revisions
Additional revisions beyond your package limit may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new quote.
You agree to:
- Provide necessary content, materials, and access in a timely manner
- Respond to requests for feedback within reasonable timeframes
- Ensure all provided content is legal and does not infringe on third-party rights
- Maintain backup copies of your website data
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final website design and content. Khaled Alabssi retains the right to use the project in portfolio and marketing materials. I retain rights to proprietary code, frameworks, and methodologies. Any third-party tools, plugins, or libraries are subject to their respective licenses.
6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Khaled Alabssi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We will make reasonable efforts to fix any bugs or issues that arise.
7. Changes to Terms & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of work completed to date. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or violation of these terms.
